I appreciate that the Consistent Power Armor Overhaul mod gave a 'metal' paint that gets rid of the rust, but it's still just a paint. I'm wanting a retexture of all the vanilla power armors that takes away rust. Worsin's wouldn't work for me because it's not paints that I'm looking for. Most of this mod is rusty, but it has a clean looking Army set: This mod has both dirty and what they call clean, but are really clean-ish: The X-01 Military skins looks fairly clean. I just repaired and upgraded the stupid thing, do you really think I can't swing by Hardware Town and pick up a few cans of paint for it too? To me rusty power armor is actually less immersive.

Personally I dislike the lack of rust free choices myself. There are some more military style, camos and such. Though I really like the bright colors with flames myself. But you don't have to go for the bright colors or flames. Granted, the paint colors are not similar to vanilla so you may rule out the Lite version based on that too. So I assume you looked at Worsin's Power Armor Garage and ruled that out? That mod doesn't really mention it on the description page, but it has a Lite, no bonus version in the files tab that basically just gives you the paint textures only and none of the other stuff. Gets rid of the ugly brown/orange colors. They took the rusty parts and turned them black. I've found this mod ('Black Raider Power Armor'), which is pretty much what I'm looking for, just for all the other rusty power armors out there. Have I missed something? Can someone please let me know if they know of a mod that does this?

AND I do not want something that will somehow modify the stats or whatnot of the power armor. I want the retextures to be pretty close to the vanilla look, just minus all the rust.

I don't want 4k and I don't want the armors to be all black or a whole different color. Especially for the one that Paladin Danse wears. I even Googled!īut I can't seem to find a mod that retextures all of the power armors that show signs of rusting. I've looked through the retexture and power armor categories on Nexus, and even tried using specific keywords in the 'file name contains' and 'description contains' search fields.
